WHAT WE ARE ABOUT We are a non-profit volunteer organization that speaks up for recreational boaters. CBA helps direct and contain the people who make rules affecting boating. CBA deals with the government departments and agencies on your behalf. CBA helps shape boaters' image which allows us to have influence on over the process' affecting us.
